Welcome to Maranatha Baptist Fellowship's Youth Group page.

     Romans 12:2 says to be transformed. Our Student Ministry is about transforming hearts and lives. We strive to create an environment that helps students grow in Christ, as well as challenge are students to Love God, and Love Others.  We have a Sunday School, Sunday evening and Wednesday evening studies that include a variety of studies and activities designed to encourage the students in their walk with Christ.  Our Student Ministry is lead by Jeremy Leithoff.

A Letter from the Youth Pastor:

     First, let me say thank you for stopping by our website and even more thanks for checking out our Youth Page! Our youth group is a place for students grades 7 through 12 to come and hang out and to study God's word together. We do different types of studies through out the week and end most sessions with a weekly challenge. We meet Sunday mornings for Sunday School and discuss a topic that students deal with in everyday life. We use the KNOWN material during this time.

     Sunday evenings is when we allow 6th grade students to join us. This allows them to get used to being around the older students and to get a taste of Youth Group. During this time we do more discussion based teaching and many different activities.

     Wednesday evenings are just for 7th graders through 12th graders. During this time we do discussion based teaching as well as activities.

     Our focus is to grow students in Christ through discipleship. Discipleship is at its most basic doing life with each other and holding each other accountable. Luke 9:23 tells us that;

 Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me."

     Romans 2:12 says;

All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

     Thank you so much for checking us out and if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at jrleithoff@gmail.com.
